Review: This is a nice, low-cost way to have a dedicated emulation handheld. I did my research in advance and am familiar with emulation so it was very easy to get this up and running all the systems I want (the emulators are all bundled in, as are the directories).I also updated the firmware to the latest on Anbernic’s site. Apart from slow download and the need to request the 64gb version due to the ROMs included, it was painless.The only negative is that there are no over-the-air updates – you need to reimage an SD card, which means manually backing up your saves, etc. not a big issueas there are alternative OS options if you want. For me, stock OS is fine.The screen is great! It makes all the old games look bright and sharp. Controls are fine for the price.

Review: Works great right out of the box. However it does not come with any nes, gameboy, or n64 games. I own a mac so unfortunately it’s a little harder to add games the device. If you’re not computer savvy I’d recommend you research into different consoles that are more user friendly!
